  • Can I hire a cleaning professional for just a few cleanings?

    Yes, we are happy to provide one-time cleanings as well.

  • How do I handle my pets when your team comes to clean?

    Pets, especially dogs that may be aggressive or in the way, should be kenneled. If your dogs are super friendly it is ok to have them roam around your home while the cleaners are there.  It's important to inform the service about cats to ensure they don't escape.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    No, it's actually easier to clean if no one is home. However, clients may choose to be present if they wish.

  • Can I skip or reschedule bookings?

    Yes, you can skip or reschedule your bookings with Cindy-rella's Cleaning Service. We understand that life events may require changes to your scheduled cleaning. However, it is important to inform us as soon as possible so we can fill the spot with another client. Please note that a cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning. Your prompt notification helps us manage our schedule effectively and serve all our clients better.
